Our classes are run by educational experts with many years of experience, health care advisors and counsellors, all being offered in a safe and welcoming space.
Theres daily support covering mindset, making positive steps for positive change, journalling, self limiting beliefs,
feeding, every day care, parents open circle, dads open sessions and mums open sessions.
The classes focus on small daily habits which make a big impact on daily life.
The group is open to all.

Introduction to the six week course - May Logan
The Corona virus outbreak means life has changed in many ways for us all. It may have triggered feelings in you such as anxiety, worry, stress, frustration or loneliness or feeling sad.
It’s important to acknowledge those feelings and to remember it’s ok to feel this way. In time most of these feelings will pass. Taking care of your mental health and wellbeing throughout this time is an important way to keep your mind and body healthy.

Our six-week course will consist of a different wellbeing topic each week. Including the importance of keeping your daily routine, sleeping well, taking notice of your surroundings, physical activity ideas, how to cope with anxiety and depression and how to boost your immune system.
